For PMC workers, its burnout; for service workers in hospitality and food service, as well as teachers and nurses, its low pay, pandemic, and culture war issues; for unionized workers, its a lack of reasonable COLAs when shareholders are making a killing. For GenX, its early retirement dynamics (sell my house and move to the coast before the bubble bursts). Not everyone is a tech worker.
